Havana International Conference Center

The Havana International Conference Center covers an area of 60,000 square meters (196,850 square feet) and includes 11 air-conditioned meeting rooms of different sizes and multipurpose halls and offices that guarantee excellent working conditions. Its Grand Foyer and Petit Foyer are generally used for fair-related exhibition assemblies.

    EXPOCUBA

    EXPOCUBA is not only the largest exhibition site in the country, but it is also a recreation and cultural center related to scientific, technical and economic and trade events. It offers visitors various recreational activities such as an amusement park, rowboat tours around the dam, horse riding and more. Also available is a wide range of dining venues including six restaurants, three cafeterias, four bars, two ice cream parlors and two specialized cooking centers.

    Additionally, EXPOCUBA is the venue of two significant events held in Havana as it is, the permanent exhibition of the Social and Economic Development of the Republic of Cuba and the Havana International Fair. The 25 pavilions of the exhibition site allow visitors to enjoy a pleasant stay at the center and benefit from an educational and enlightening experience. EXPOCUBA’s objective is to meet the requirements and needs of its clients and exhibiting entities, including the design, organization, and assembly of the events.

    PABEXPO

    Located in the Siboney neighborhood of Havana city and very close to the Havana International Conference Center and Residential Club Habana, PABEXPO covers an area of 20,000 square meters (215278.21 square feet) composed of indoor and outdoor space. Included are five spacious and air-condition intercommunicated exhibit halls, with a total exhibit area of 7,160 square meters (77069.6 square feet). The exhibition site has the necessary facilities for stand assembly and decoration. It also has a conference room for 10 guests.

    As a result of the professional staff and setting, this functional exhibition site is the most sought-after facility in the country. Its main services include fairs and exhibits organization, stand design, decoration and assembly. The site also offers services including, customs clearance, cargo, social activities, currency exchange, and hostess services.

    PALCO Host Hotel

    Designed to respond to the requirements of congress, convention participants, businessmen and businesswomen, this four-star hotel is just 20 minutes from the José Martí International Airport. The facility is also joined to the conference center by a shopping mall.
